The four stages in detail
Design & 3D
Every project starts with your reference — a 3D file, a physical model, or a photo. Our design team scans your piece with 3D scanning, sculpts or refines it digitally, and produces a 3D-printed master pattern for your approval before any casting begins.
Mold & Casting
Once the master is approved, we make molds and cast the piece in bronze, aluminum or stainless steel — traditional lost-wax or sand casting, sized to your exact specification and finished right in our foundry.
Finishing & Patina
Chasing, welding and grinding refine every surface; patina, paint and protective coatings bring the sculpture to its final character — from classic bronze green to high-polish gold.
Delivery & Install
We crate and ship worldwide, and our own crews handle on-site installation for large-scale works — crane lifting, anchoring and positioning included, as shown across our portfolio.
